This site is owned and operated by Xpitrade General Trading LLC, Dubai, UAE. Xpitrade General Trading LLC (from here on referred to as ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’) is the master distributor of Just Gentle Products – hereafter referred to as Just Gentle Middle East (marketed and sold under the trade name Just Gentle or Just Gentle Middle East). For the purposes of this policy, we have used Just Gentle Middle East as our trade name, although the legal site is owned by Xpitrade General Trading LLC.
Main Policy
We offer a 10-day return window on eligible items. You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligible for return: most products in their original, unopened, unused condition, with tags and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Not eligible for return (for hygiene and safety reasons): deodorants, bath and shower products, sale items, and gift cards. Exceptions apply only if the item arrived damaged or defective — see Damages and Issues below.
How to start a return:
- Email us at info@justgentle.me with your order number and reason for return
- If your return is accepted, we'll email you instructions on where to send the package
- For approved returns within the UAE, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. For international orders, return shipping is the customer's responsibility — except where the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover return shipping regardless of destination
- Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like deodorants, bath, and shower products, unless they arrived damaged or the item was defective. Customers must take an image of the product and email it to us at info@justgentle.me. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
