What Just Gentle is certified for, what is tested, and exactly which documents arrive with a distribution agreement. Written for the person who has to build a registration file, not for the shelf.
Organic certification
Just Gentle products are made with organic ingredients certified by ECOCERT, France.
ECOCERT certifies the organic ingredients used in the formulations under the COSMOS standard. Certification applies to those certified organic ingredients, not to the finished product, the packaging, or the non-organic natural ingredients used alongside them. The reference to France identifies the certifying body. It is not a statement of where the product is made or where its ingredients are grown.
Certification documents covering the certified organic ingredients used in a given formulation are supplied on request as part of the per-SKU pack.
Manufacturing and regulatory status
Just Gentle is manufactured in Thailand under Thai Food and Drug Administration cosmetic notification. A Certificate of Free Sale issued by the Thai FDA is available for each SKU, naming the product and confirming that it is freely sold in the country of manufacture. This is the document most cosmetic registration regimes ask for first.
Each batch is produced with lot coding and a stated date of manufacture and expiry, printed on both the retail unit and the shipping carton. Shelf life is 24 months from date of manufacture.
Safety and dermatological testing
Products are patch tested under dermatological supervision on human panels, with the result recorded per product. Test reports are issued per SKU and supplied with the documentation pack. Certificates of Analysis are issued per production batch.
Just Gentle is not tested on animals.
Formulation standards
Formulations are developed free from parabens, sulfates (SLS and SLES), phthalates and artificial colourants, and are built around plant-derived surfactants and botanical actives. Fragrance is either absent, naturally derived, or an allergen-controlled synthetic declared as such per SKU.
Full ingredient declarations in INCI nomenclature are held for every SKU and are the single reference for any ingredient question. No range-level ingredient claim is made that has not been verified against the declaration for that specific product.
Category-specific credentials
Sun protection
Both sunscreens are rated SPF 50 PA+++ and are formulated without oxybenzone and octinoxate. The Sun Protection Roll-On uses mineral filters, titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. The Kids Sunscreen Clear Spray uses an organic filter system. Water resistant.
Deodorants
The roll-on and stick ranges use 100% natural antibacterial agents certified by ECOCERT. Aluminium salt free. Available unscented and scented, so the range covers both sensitive-skin and mainstream shelf demand.
Insect repellent
Plant-derived repellent actives in spray and roll-on formats. The roll-on gives protection for up to six hours.
Home and laundry
Plant-based detergents, softeners and cleaners formulated for households with young children and sensitive skin, in 500 ml, 750 ml and 3 litre formats.
Stated minimum ages
Where a product carries a minimum age, it is printed on pack and stated consistently across all markets. Registration files and retailer listings should follow these figures exactly.

All other products in the range are formulated for use from birth under normal parental supervision.
The per-SKU documentation pack
Every distributor receives the following for each SKU taken, in advance of the first shipment:
- Full ingredient declaration in INCI nomenclature
- Certificate of Free Sale issued by the Thai FDA
- Certificate of Analysis for the supplied batch
- Dermatological test report
- Product information and permitted claims sheet
- Print-ready artwork and label files, including the EAN-13 barcode
- EAN-13 barcode list and HS codes for the full range
- Carton specification, pack-out and pallet loads
- Safety data sheet where the destination market requires one
Registration support by market
Cosmetic products require notification or registration before sale in most markets. Just Gentle supplies the manufacturer-side documentation; the appointed distributor or importer holds the local filing and any local responsible-person obligation. In outline:

- Cosmetic product notification through the Saudi Food and Drug Authority

- Registration to GSO cosmetic requirements through the national health authority
- European Union and EEA
- CPNP notification, with a Responsible Person established in the Union appointed by the importer
- United Kingdom
- SCPN notification, with a UK Responsible Person appointed by the importer
- Africa and South Asia
