OVERVIEW

This website is owned and operated by Xpitrade General Trading LLC, Dubai, UAE. Xpitrade General Trading LLC (from here on referred to as ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’) is the master distributor of Just Gentle Products, hereafter referred to as Just Gentle Middle East (marketed and sold under the trade name Just Gentle or Just Gentle Middle East). For the purposes of this policy, we have used Just Gentle Middle East as our trade name, although the legal site is owned by Xpitrade General Trading LLC.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Just Gentle Middle East. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (UAE)

Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses Just Gentle Middle East ships to physical addresses within the United Arab Emirates and our designated international markets. However, we do NOT ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of the email being sent.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We ship internationally to all GCC countries (with the exception of Oman). We also ship to select European and CIS countries. To view the complete and up-to-date list of all the countries we currently ship to, please review the drop-down menu on our checkout page.

Important Shipping Restriction: We DO NOT offer international shipping for any of our Hand Sanitizer products due to International Air Transport Association (IATA) restrictions regarding flammable liquids.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Just Gentle Middle East is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and secondary clearance fees).

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us immediately at info@justgentle.me with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We'll assess the issue and make it right — whether through replacement, refund, or another resolution that fits the situation. We'll handle any necessary coordination with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until we've confirmed resolution, as the carrier may require them for any claim.
